- Removed the commented out filter macros at the top of the specfile.
While they were commented out, they still took effect since the macros still
expanded. However, they were causing error messages in the buildlog [0] and
causing the provides/requires generator script not to finish. Thus the
packages were missing some of the required Provides and Requires tags.
